Schönen Wochenbeginn!
Am Freitag hat meine Schwester Geburtstag. Sie ist zwar kreativ, aber keine Kartenbastlerin. Doch diesmal wollte ich ihr ein Kärtchen basteln und weil ich weiß, dass sie nicht nachtragend ist, habe ich als Motiv "Mummu" von Mo Manning verwendet =)
Happy Monday!
My sister is celebrating her Birthday on Friday. She is a creative soul, but not making cards. But this time I thought I will make her a card anyway. And as I know she can take a joke I used "Mummu" from Mo Manning.
I have again used the beautiful papers by Maja Design. Unfortunately it is the last one I have from this kind. Then I have used some of my Dies and Punches......I can not make a card without my Dies and Spellbimnders and my Cuttlebug! Then I took some Lace, some perls and two Flowers for the finish.

Vienna Impressions diesen coolen Spruch gekauft, der hier natürlich
gleich zur Anwendung kommt! Oft denke ich mir das auch schon......

and I knew I will take it for this card. It means: "In every old body
hides a young soul - just wondering how this could have happened"
Sometimes I am also wondering....well....

AntwortenLöschentja, das zitat ist schon sehr treffend. wer stellt sich diese frage denn nicht? ich kannte den spruch bisher nur in dieser fassung (von mark twain??): "in jedem alten mann steckt ein kleiner junge, der sich verwundert fragt, was passiert ist."
nun, wenn ich in "mummus" alter noch so mit dem hüften wackeln kann, dürfen die reife(re)n jahre ruhig kommen :)).

Hey Martina, das ist aber toll dich bei Mo's Challenge mitmachen zu sehen! Und mit was für einer tollen Karte erst! Ich bin ganz begeistert von den Farben und deiner Koloration! Ich bin mir sicher, deine Schwester wird sich freuen! Auch wenn Mummu "alt" suggeriert, steht für mich immer die Herzlichkeit und Lebenslust dieses Charakters im Vordergrund. Dein toller Spruch dazu passt ja auch perfekt!

Das Motiv hab ich auch...damals noch als Clearstamp von Stampavie...sollte ich auch mal wieder benutzen. ;-)
