Starry Night

Hallo meine Lieben!

Dieses Jahr bin ich ganz schrecklich hinten mit meinen Weihnachtskarten und weil ich die kommenden Woche auch nicht wirklich viel Zeit haben werde, word es wohl heuer nur wenige Kärtchen geben, die sich auf den Weg machen werden.

Mein Mann feiert zu Weihnachten seinen 50. Geburtstag und da läuft momentan all meine Freizeit hinein.

Es wird dann noch eine große Party zu Silvester geben....

Nun zu meinem Kärtchen. Es ist diesmal fast alles gestanzt und die süße Penny Black Maus ist ausgeschnitten.

This year is just terrible when it comes to Christmas cards! This is my FIRST one...showing you on December 1st! I know I will not make many more, as I am terribly busy with the preparations for my hubby's 50th Birthday on Christmas Day! We will also have a big party on New Years Eve and together with the usual Christmas preparations and a lot of work at the office my freetime is VERY limited! So some of my friends won#t get a selfmade card form me this year....:(

But now to my newest card. I have used a lot of dies and cut out my coloured image from penny Black.

Im Moment sind leider die Lichtverhältnisse nicht sehr gut. Grau und nebelig und finster...so habe ich schnell ein paar Sonnenstunden genutzt, aber das Ergebnis ist auch nicht wirklich zufriedenstellend.

das kleine Mäuschen befindet sich gerade draußen und sieht in einer sternenklaren Nacht den Weihnachtsmann vorbeihuschen ;)

It is no fun to make photographs at the moment, when it is dark, foggy and grey outside...and inside (dark) all the time. So I thought to take advantage of some sun, but I am note really satisfied with my photo anyway...sigh.

The sweet little mouse is outside in a starry Night watching Santas Sleigh passing by ;)

The Vampire Cat

Hallo meine Lieben!

Nachdem ich leider noch zu keiner weiteren Herbstkarte gekommen bin, habe ich heute mal etwas zum Thema Halloween mitgebracht. Ich liebe Halloweenkarten und fange heute mal mit der weniger schaurigen Variante an ;)

As I have not made another autumn card yet, I want to show you my neweste Halloween creation. I just LOVE Halloween and today I start with the cute Halloween version ;)

 

 Ich habe letztes oder vorletztes Jahr eine ähnliche Karte gemacht und statt der Vampirkatze ;) Geister verwendet. Als Katzenmama muss ich diesmal aber eine Katze verwenden - so ist diesmal die süße Penny Black Katze dran.

Stanzen habe ich auch jede Menge verwendet und zwar von Joy Crafts, Memory Box und C.C. Design und die größere Fledermaus ist eine Cuttlebug Stanze.

Die Masche ist übrigens lila und nicht blau, wie in der MItte auf dem Bild!

Last year or two years ago I made a similar card with Ghosts on it. This time I used the Penny Black Vampire cat ;) And then I used lots of dies from Joy Crafts, Memory Box, C.C. Design and the bigger Bat is from Cuttlebug. The colour of the ribbon is purple and suits perfect to the rest of the card...and is NOT blue like it shows on the card ( the middle of the ribbon)

Leider lässt sich der Mantel nicht gut colorieren, weil die Striche am Stempel direkt drauf sind und dann nach dem Abdruck fast alles Stempelfarbe ist und man so keine Schattierungen mit den Copics machen kann.

Unfortunately you hardly can colour the vampire coat, as the stamp itself has all the strokes on it and so the print is nearly black....so no shading with my Copics ;(

Ich arbeite bereits am nächsten Halloween Projekt =)

 Verwendet habe ich den Penny Black Stempel

"It's your day"! Dazu habe ich die Sektflöten Stanze von Marianne Design und die Zahl 50 aus dem Set von Whiff of Joy verwendet.

I have used the cute Penny Black rubberstamp "It's your day"! The glass is a die from marianne design and the numbers are dies from Whiff of Joy.

Badeperlen, eine Quitschente und Frizzante. Das Teelicht habe ich erst nach dem Foto reingegeben...sorry!

Bathperls....do you call them like this??....a little yellow duckie and some frizzante. The candle went later into the bag ....

Hello my Friends!
Good Morning! It is Friday again and we have a new Challenge at Stempelsonne!
And we have a yummy theme for you ;) It is:
Strawberries

Erdbeerpapier, meine Erdbeer-Die Cuts von C.C. Design, ein Blümchen und ein paar Holz-Erdbeeren waren schnell gefunden.

Paper with Strawberries, my Die Cuts from C.C. Design, a Flower and some Wooden Strawberries were put together and used for my card.

Zuerst dachte ich an meine Strawberry Tilda, dann an die Süße von Mo Mannning, aber dann fand ich in den Untiefen meiner Läden, wo ich Holzstempel gebunkert habe, diesen süßen Penny Black Stempel "Sugar Sweet Dreams" und musste diesen verwenden.

 

First I was thinking of my Strawberry Tilda, then about Mo's Strawberry Girl, but then I found my Penny Black rubberstamp "Sugar Sweet Dreams" in my drawer and knew I will use this one!

Mit all den Regen hoffe ich, dass nicht alle Erdbeeren am Feld verfaulen, denn ich liebe diese Früchte und möchte in ein paar Wochen doch einige davon ernten!
Und nun wünsche ich euch viel Spaß mit dem fruchtig süßen Thema und ich freue mich schon auf eure Werke!

With all the rain now I really hope all the strawberries won't rot on the fields, because I love strawberries and want to crop some of them in a few weeks!

Gestern ging es zu meiner ersten SU-Party! =) *freu*

Die liebe PokSa Sandra hat bei meiner Nachbarin ein Workshop veranstaltet und ich war natrülich eingeladen ;)

Als kleines Dankeschön habe ich meiner Nachbarin Martina (ich glaube in unserem kleinen Dorf ist Martina der Name jeder dritten Frau hier....LOL) dieses kleine Valentinsgeschenk mitgenommen: Celebrations in der Flasche. Darauf habe ich einen Flaschenanhänger mit einem meiner Penny Black Stempelchen gemacht.

Today I was invited to my first SU-Party! =) *yippee*

My friend PokSa Sandra made her Workshop at one of my neigbours called Martina as well. (I think every third women in our little village is called Martina....LOL)

I have brought her as a little Thank you and Valentines Goodie this little bottle filled with chocolate. And of course I had to make a little bottle-tag with one of my cute penny Black images.

Am Seerosenteich

Hallo meine Lieben!

Puh...diese unerträglich Hitze hier seit drei Wochen macht mich wirklich fertig! Meine Muse ist mir auch abhanden gekommen, denn ich konnte mich einfach nicht dazu aufraffen eine Karte bei über 30°C, manchmal waren wir der 40°C Grenze schon fast näher, zu basteln. Wir haben weder zuhause noch im Büro eine Klimaanlage und so macht mir eigentlich gar nichts Spaß bei dieser Hitze....
Nun ist endlich wieder ein Kärtchen vom Basteltisch gehüpft und es hat natürlich mit Wasser zu tun ;)

Hello my Friends!

Phew...what a terrible Heatwave we have for the last three weeks! My Mojo totally went  away at degrees over 30° C (about 90 F and more)...sometimes we were even nearer the 40°C (100 F) than the 30-ies and I could not start with any crafty things. I can not stand this heat and we do not have any air condition at work nor at home....
Finally I could make a card lately on one of the "cooler" days and of course it has to do with water ;)

Das Inspirationsfoto von Kartenallerlei hat mich sofort an diese süßen Stempelchen von Penny Black erinnert....
Because of the Inspirations photo at Kartenallerlei I first tought of these cute Penny Black stamps:

Außer der süßen Maus, die im Seerosenblatt sitzt und sich von einem Schmetterling ziehen läßt, habe ich noch die beiden süßen Frösche (ich liebe Frösche!) gestempelt und einen davon in 3-D aufgeklebt, um die Szene zu vervollständigen.

Apart from the sweet Mouse sitting in the lily pad, I have also used the two cute Frogs (I love Frogs!) and glued one of them with 3-D pads into the little scene.

Verwendet habe ich noch die tolle Memory Stanze "Chloe Stem" und habe diese einmal in flieder und einmal in gelb ausgestanzt und mit Perlenpen verziert. Die Libelle ist ein toller Stanzer, den ich mal geschenkt bekommen habe. Man sieht leider schlecht, dass er glitzert.

I have used the great Memory Punch "Chloe Stem" and have cut out one in purple and one in yellow and decorated it with my perl pen. The Dragonfly is a great punch I once got a s a present. Unfortunately you can not see that it sparkles.

Die Libellen auf dem Papier sind ebenfalls gestempelt. Leider kann ich euch nicht mehr sagen, woher ich den Stempelgummi habe....Der Rest vom Papier ist von Basic Grey. Verwendet habe ich noch die Magnolia Stanze "Berry Lace".

The Dragonflies on the green paper are stamped. Unfortunatelly I can not tell you, where I once bought this stamp....the rest of the paper is Basic Grey. I also have used the Magnolia Doohickey "Berry Lace".

Nähmäuse - stitching mice

Wie geht es Euch so zwei Tage vor Weihnachten? Ich habe noch einige Sachen zu zeigen.....

Da mein Geschenk an die liebe Doris schon angekommen ist, kann ich es Euch heute vorstellen: Ich habe ein Spitzentag nach der Anleitung von Mini und Maxi gewerkelt und mir hat es wirklich total Spaß gemacht! Das wird definitiv nicht das letzte Tag dieser Art sein!

How are you? Only two more Days until Christmas Eve and I still have some things to show you....

My pressie to Doris arrived yesterday, so I can it to you today. I have made a Tag for Lace, which I have seen on the Blog of Mini und Maxi and it was soo much fun! This is not my last Tag of this art!!

Hier könnt ihr das Motiv ein bisschen besser sehen. Ich habe aber die Farben wohl ein bisschen zu kontrastreich eingestellt....aber egal. Passend zum Thema habe ich diese süßen Penny Black Mäuse genommen, die auch gerade nähen und sticken. Verziert habe ich mit zwei farblich passenden Knöpfen und die Spitze unten habe ich mit einem Pin festgehalten.Das wunderschöne Papier ist von Maja Design.

Here you can see the image a bit closer. I think I have made the contrast of the colours a bit too strong on Picnic....anyway you get the clue of it. I have used the sweet little mice from Penny Black and they are also sewing and stitching, which I think suits so well with the Lace. I put two buttons in the colours purple and green next to the image and  fixed the Lace with a Pin. Paper is from Maja Design.....I Love it!

Schönen Sonntag wünsch ich Euch!
Heute möchte ich euch keine Halloweenkarte und auch keine Weihnachtskarte zeigen, sondern eine Geburtstagskarte.
Das hat zwei Gründe: Erstens haben jede Menge Freundinnen von mir die nächsten zwei Monate Geburtstag und meine Vorratskiste ist leer und zweitens möchte ich Euch den neuen Challengeblog meiner Blogger Freundin Sandra und ihren Kolleginnen Bella und Seija vorstellen:

Today I do not want to show you my newest Halloween card nor a Christmas card, but a Birthday card.
This has two reasons: First I have lots of  Birthdays coming up the next two months and my box with Birthday cards is empty... and second...I want to introduce you to my Blogger Friend Sandra's and her friends Bella and Seija's new Challenge-Blog called "Chaos Craftroom"

Hier eine vergrößerte Abbildung meiner Maus in der Pralinenschachtel. Auf die beiden Kirschen
habe ich nämlich einen Tupfer Glossy Accents gegeben. Auch auf den beiden Pralinen unter dem Hauptmotiv habe ich die Verzierung  mit Glossy Accents hervorgehoben...was man leider auf der Karte nicht sieht.
 
Here a bigger picture of the mouse in the Chocolate Candy Box. I have put some Glossy Accents on the cherries on two Chocholates inside the Box and also on the two Chocolates below the motif.

Auf diesem Foto sieht man, dass ich noch Glitter auf den Swirl gegeben, ebenso Halbperlen und ein Herz-Pin reingesteckt habe.

On this picture you can see that I have put some Glitter and Sparkle on my Swirl, some perls and then I have put a Heart-Pin inside.

Was für ein Katzenleben - A Cat's LIfe

Nachdem ich die Farben bei der Penny Black Challenge gesehen habe, wollte ich unbedingt dazu eine Karte machen. Das Lila, creme und braun zusammen sieht doch soo toll aus, findet Ihr nicht? Nur welchen Stempel sollte ich dazu nehmen? Da fiel mir dieser Katzenstempel in die Hände, den ich doch tatsächlich noch nie verwendet hatte...*schäm*

When I saw the lovely colours asked for the Penny Black Challenge I wanted to make a card with them. Purple, cream and brown....this looks just awsome I think...don't you think so? But which stamp should I use? Then I found this stamp....shame on me...it wasn't inked before! So it was time to use...

Nachdem ich das Motiv coloriert hatte, suchte ich mir die Papiere zusammen. Normalerweise mache ich es umgekehrt. Irgendwie fand ich aber gar keine Papiere, wo lila und braun zusammen drauf waren und so dachte ich, ich stempel mir den Hintergrund selber. Davon kam ich auch wieder ab und machte zuerst mit den Martha Stewart Stanzer eine Art Markise oben drauf.
Der Rest war auch schnell gefunden....

After I had coloured the image I was looking for the right papers....usually I do it the other way round.
Hm...there were no papers with purple and brown in my box and while I thought I will make my own background I thought of making a kind of awning above. The rest was easier then....

Hier sieht man den Schmetterling, den ich beglittert habe...kann mir irgendjemand sagen warum manche Bilder einfach auf den Kopf stehen???? Ich habe das Bild schon kleiner gemacht, aber trotzdem...

Here you can see the butterfly where I have put some glitter on it....can anyone tell me why some of my photos are always upside down??? I have made the photo less big, but nothing changed....

Just say hello - Penny Black Challenge

Letzte Woche habe ich vom Bastellieschen meine zwei Bestellungen über einge neue Stampavie, Mo Manning, Magnolias und diesen Penny Black Stempel bekommen. Natürlich habe ich mir fest vorgenommen, mindestens einen der neuen Stempel einzuweihen. Naja, eine Karte habe ich am Wochenende geschafft, dafür war ich aber auch im Garten fleißig, habe Fenster geputzt :((.....mein Buch fertig gelesen und die DVD von der Bücherei geguckt...also war ich nicht wirklich untätig.

Last week I have ordered quite some rubberstamps at our Austrian Onlineshop Bastellieschen. I had to buy some Stampavie, Mo Manning, Magnolias and this cute Penny Black rubberstamp. Of course I wanted to use my new stamps this weekend. Unfortutanely I only made one card....but I did a lot this weekend like planting some spring flowers, cleaning the garden. cleaned soe windows :((....I hate that!.....but I also finished my book I read and watched the DVD from the library....so my weekend wasn't boring at all.
