Diese Woche brauchte ich leider sehr schnell eine Beileidskarte für eine liebe Freundin von mir. Ihr Schwiegervater ist ganz plötzlich gestorben und ich habe noch am Montag bis spät in die Nacht an dieser Karte gewerkelt. Sie sollte ja schlicht sein.....das Motiv habe ich erst zum Geburtstags von Ihr bekommen...ich liebe diesen Stempel von Art Journey. Ich habe schon soo lange nach ihm gesucht und habe mich umso mehr gefreut, als ich dann als Überraschung bekam. Deshalb wollte ich diesen Stempel auch gleich dazu verwenden und wie ich finde, passt er auch hervorragend.
Überraschender Weise gibt es bei Papertake Weekly einen Sketch, wo meine Karte super dazu passt. Seht doch mal selbst....
This week I needed urgently a Sympathy card for a very good friend of mine. Her father in law died quite unexpected last Sunday and I was working on this card till late at night on Monday this week. It should be a simple card....fitting to the sad event. I love this stamp from Art Journey and was looking for it for ages. It was on my wish-list a long time, but I could not get it. So I was so happy, when I got it from just this friend for my Birthday in February. So I had to use this stamp now for her card and I think it fits well.
To my surprise I saw a sketch after I had made my card at Papertake Weekly and my card suits just perfect for it. Just have a lok at their Challenge and you will see...
